The Ruby and the Black Angel

EXCELLENT PIECE. It has a great overall composition and inspires raw emotion. The vision is well thought out adding small but vital details and effort into the work. The color scheme is great with work put into the lighting effects and such. The foreground and background contrast each other slightly, but the integration of the subject and the color mapping across the work makes it non-noticeable. Very inspiring piece also, creating a dark and very real tone to it and using the cross tombstones to contrast against the fallen angel to exaggerate the presence and meaning of the "black angel".
